Higher performance meets versatility

According to the supplier, the new SXR motors are characterised by higher standard performance and a wider range of options to meet the requirements of modern drive solutions. They offer flexible voltage variants from three to 18 volts, as well as various bearing configurations. In addition, the motors can be individually customised – from front and rear shaft adaptation to options for vacuum and temperature environments. Optimised rotor balancing is designed to contribute to smoother synchronisation and a longer service life for the motors.

Innovative winding technology ensures a significant increase in performance

At the heart of the new SXR family is the innovative, hexagonally designed winding technology with a high copper fill factor and a high straight section. This technology enables significantly increased performance and efficiency compared to conventional pincoil technology. In addition, the use of higher-quality magnets ensures a stronger magnetic field and contributes to improved temperature stability.

All SXR Series components are RoHS compliant and the electrical connections offer flexible configuration options. The main markets for this product range include high-tech areas that depend on quality, reliability and outstanding power/volume ratio.
