The nominated system RoboHive for robot programming is based on the combination of an AI-driven user interface in natural language and a time-based visual drag-and-drop workflow for multi-robot applications. The user can describe tasks in general terms without specifying each individual step. The RoboHive system translates these tasks into detailed robot programs, speeding up the development of complex tasks. In addition, RoboHive has a time-based drag-and-drop interface that enables clear visualization of complex workflows. This combination increases agility and efficiency in production while reducing labor costs. The world's first high-speed industrial robot with intrinsic 3D spatial perception was nominated. This enables the Mantis robot to plan its path around people. Thanks to this physical intelligence, it can interact safely and seamlessly alongside humans. It combines the advantages of fixed robot arms and collaborative robots. Thanks to a code-free and digital twin setup, the industrial robot can be deployed within a few hours and is far cheaper than comparable devices and much more productive than cobots. The nominated project MARI AARS is an AI-driven robotics platform for fast and code-free programming. This is made possible by advanced 3D scanning, automatic generation of robot paths and an intuitive graphical flowchart user interface that eliminates dependence on coding and CAD files. In addition, the MARI AARS platform includes functions that compensate for deviations and thus ensure a consistent level of quality. The robotics platform enables significant productivity gains, reducing labor and quality costs.
